How long will it take to receive my order?

We need 1-2 weeks to process your order, manufacture the products and arrange free delivery. We strive to get your package to you as quickly as possible, without ever compromising the quality of our products.

Can I track my order?

Of course! You can contact us by e-mail to track your order.

Tracking says my package was delivered, but I haven't received anything. Is this normal?

Don't worry, this can happen if you ordered more than one item. Items are sometimes shipped separately depending on available inventory and shipping warehouses. You will receive the rest of your articles in the following days.

How much does delivery cost and where do you deliver?

We deliver our items for free worldwide, with the exception of overseas territories. The additional cost for delivery will be requested for the following territories: Guyana, Guadeloupe, Reunion, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Martin, Wallis-et-Futuna, Polynésie French.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

If you ordered multiple items, they may have been shipped separately. If you find that an item is missing, don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

I haven't received my order

If you have a problem with your order, we take care of the disputes for you with our 100% secure delivery. We take care of everything personally and we undertake to send you a new package immediately at our expense.

I don't live in Europe

Deliveries made in Overseas France can take up to one month from the day of the order in order to remain financially accessible for you.

Cancellation and return of order

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify your order as long as it is not "in process". If the order is already being prepared, a cancellation fee of 40% of the purchase price will be applied.

Can I return an item?

We can only accept the return of a product if it has a proven defect. If you encounter any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in its original packaging if possible) along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
